Meet Leigh Mazzer
My name is Leigh Mazzer, and for many years I carried a quiet dream in my heart — the dream of becoming a Celebrant. Not just someone who stands at the front of a room, but someone who truly honours the moments that shape us — the moments that define who we are, who we love, and how we connect.
The time is right for me now. Right to give you the best of me. Right to bring a lifetime of my own memories, joys, losses, and learnings into the way I hold space for yours.
As your Celebrant, I see every ceremony as a reflection of life itself — full of emotion, meaning, and connection. I believe in creating experiences that feel deeply personal, inclusive, and true to you.
I can't wait to listen to you — to hear what this moment means in your life, to understand the people who matter to you, and to help you celebrate, commemorate, or unite with others in a way that feels heartfelt and genuine.
My purpose is simple: to make your current Life Moment everything you want and more — a ceremony that feels like home, held with care, and remembered with love.
A Calling, Not Just a Career
Becoming a celebrant isn't something I chose lightly — it's something that grew from the way I see people, the way I listen, and the way I believe every life moment deserves to be acknowledged with care.
My work across aged care, disability, and diverse communities has shown me the beauty in every person's story and the importance of celebrating it with dignity and warmth. I'm especially passionate about creating life moments for people who are neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, from minority backgrounds, or simply not the "typical" couple — because love and identity come in many forms, and every one of them deserves to be seen.
With years of leadership and planning behind me, I bring a calm, steady presence and a commitment to making every ceremony feel safe, inclusive, and deeply personal.
Being a celebrant brings all of this together — heart, structure, empathy, and storytelling.
